Let's Ride

We have some wonderful trails that go thru out town, they've recently connected our city trail with a larger city to city trail. It rides right by the playground we like to go to. How convenient! I think he has this down pat!

Finally, room to create

Finally getting something done, besides cleaning and organizing!
Some friends and LAD and I went to JBKnacker a while back
and this is a LO I created from that trip. We are taking an online
class at Big Picture Scrapbooking by Jenni Bowlin called
Re-purpose, Re-invent, Re-think.










This second LO is a photo taken on that excursion, but the LO is totally scraplifted from this wonderfully creative person here . She has several Art Journal classes online that I've taken(taking) and is very inspiring.

4th of July, Iowa style

We had rain for the parade Saturday morning, jackets required. What's up with that! I took the "big" camera, but no memory card. Crap. Can you believe that. It's in the computer. I wondered if it was in the camera when I changed the battery, but got distracted before I could check. Imagine that. Duh! Oh well. Snapped a few at the parade, enough.

No parade candy until you eat some lunch.

Packed and ready for the fireworks. Long sleeves, long pants, blanket, flashlight, binoculars, Lightning McQueen, blue version, and the security items. He decided to leave his book at home, yeah, good idea.

Ok, Ma asked where my 4th photos were...she might be sorry she asked. Seems like I took a lot...thankfully I remembered the memory card.

Favorite place in the whole world

LAD and I went to town this morning and ran some errands then hit the grocery store on the way home. When we pulled into the parking lot he said "Oh, this is my favorite place in the whole world." ... OK ... Why you ask, would this be his favorite place, besides the fact that they sell food...?

Because they have the fancy car carts! Such simple pleasures!
